A Resource Created by an Education Professional

These meditations were created by Patrick Therrien, a professional musician-composer and music teacher for 33 years. Before his retirement, he developed and led these meditations directly in schools often at the request of principals and psychoeducators  with children who needed them most.

 

The results were clear: calmer children and more focused attention at home, with smoother transitions between moments of the day.

Patrick Therrien

Professional musician-composer, graduate in music education (Université Laval). He taught music for 33 years before devoting himself full-time to artistic creation. His musical works have been internationally recognized and awarded.
